I will admit it. When I go to the store, I can be quite the impulsive shopper. I love food. What I love more than food though is new food. I love trying new things and I love always having my comfort foods on hand for a rainy or sick day. Of course, these foods don’t always help my waistline. I’ve learned the hard truth that so many other people have learned. Just because something tastes sinfully delicious doesn’t mean you should eat it.
